LOTUS RECOVERY
RISE UP TODAY OUT OF ADDICTION!
What we do
Located in Delaware County, PA, our Recovery House is not just a sober house; it’s a transformative sanctuary where accountability meets community through the proven 12 Steps program. Lotus recovery is supporting individuals on their journey to healing and sobriety. As a trusted Recovery House dedicated to the 12 Steps philosophy, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment where accountability and personal growth thrive. After completing drug and alcohol rehab, most individuals find that they are not ready or able to return to the living environment they came from, and seek additional structure and accountability. Our accountability program focuses on identifying negative behaviors and relapse prevention. We believe that by living the principles of a 12 step program, individuals learn to become useful and respected members of society. At Lotus Recovery, we’re not just helping you rise from the mud we're cultivating a vibrant garden of resilience—because every journey blooms beautifully when you dig deep and nurture a solid foundation. Just like the resilient lotus that rises from the muddy waters!
Accountability
Lotus Recovery offers a comprehensive nine-month accountability program structured in three progressive stages, empowering residents to take ownership of their recovery journey while safeguarding against common challenges of early sobriety. Each stage not only enhances personal responsibility and ownership of the recovery process but also thoughtfully introduces additional privileges as individuals progress, ensuring a supportive environment that protects against the common challenges faced in early recovery. We hold each member of our community to a level of accountability by implementing certain guidelines to adhere by, using motivational techniques and by utilizing drug and alcohol testing.
Our houses are affordable, fully furnished; with every modern amenity. Click on the about page for pictures of our houses.

Jason- “ I came in broken. My wife and son weren't talking to me and my sponsor gave me an ultimatum. I came into this house with two trash bags for my belongings. The guys in the community surrounded me and took me to meetings and made me feel welcome. The directors were open and made me feel welcome. I was able to talk to the guys in the house about my issues and it introduced me to a brotherhood I had never experienced before. I was able to concentrate on myself and my recovery, while being held accountable to my actions and how to face life on a daily basis and be a productive member of society. As I was able to work on myself, things slowly started to come back into my life through action, instead of just words. After graduating the Lotus Recovery program, I am now back in my family's life and able to give back to the program that gave me so much by continuing to attend the weekly house meeting “
Matt- “I came from a loving family, Mom, Dad and 2 brothers. Everything that i needed as a child! Got married and had 3 children who I love. Steady job and things seemed great, little did I know that the great equalizer, alcohol, would bring me to the gates of insanity. I would eventually hurt everyone I loved in the slow progression of my alcoholism!
Woke up in a rehab for a second time with the self hatred, pity, shame and guilt that another spree brings with this disease! Made a phone call to my sponsor and he said the best thing he ever said to me. “You need to pretend that your family and friends are all dead to you, you’ve burnt every bridge and hurt everyone that loves you. They need time to heal and so do you!”
This led me to realize that I needed to go to any length possible to defeat alcohol, so I entered the doors of Lotus. I was scared, alone and angry. Little did I realize that I would be presented an opportunity not only to grow but to change my life. Lotus gave me structure, accountability and most of all a safe place to work on myself. They pushed me to get uncomfortable and believed in me. That gave me a sense of usefulness and bolstered my broken spirit. The wounds started to heal and things started to come back. My children are in my life again, my family trust me, my former girlfriend and the mother of my children have a relationship with me! I’m living the life of my wildest dreams, which for me is freedom from alcohol but most of all freedom from myself, I have peace. Thank you Lotus for laying a solid foundation which I was able to build upon!”
